BWing21 Deuce DSR Trigger - commercial grade 3D printed using SLS technology and cutting edge carbon filled nylon composite.

The Deuce DSR trigger was designed for 3D printing by Senior Development Manager at DYE, Billy Wing, for his personal DSR. The design promotes a lower purchase on the trigger creating greater leverage. The raised mid-point and tip of the trigger blade offer positive contact points for increased trigger feedback against your fingertips.

This trigger is printed using commercial grade Selective Laser Sintering printing technology considered superior to FDM (low cost consumer printers). This technology means the trigger has a more accurate smooth and solid 3D form, with a finer lightly textured surface. Printed at 100nm this is a very accurate high quality print. It is printed using carbon/graphite filled nylon one of the new high strength/light weight composites again considered superior to the common PLA/ABS materials. All this means it will give a more responsive trigger feel closer to that of a solid metal trigger.

Finally the two sides of the trigger have been polished to a super smooth finish to give ultra low friction and a smoother lighter more responsive trigger feel.
